NEW DELHI, May 3 (Xinhua) -- India's space agency, the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), on Sunday launched a privately-developed Earth observation satellite "Drishti," developed by the country's space-tech startup "GalaxEye."
The ISRO posted on X that it was a significant milestone in India's space journey.
Congratulating the successful launch, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi described it as "a major achievement in our space journey." ■
