WASHINGTON, Jan. 3 (Xinhua) -- Los Angeles Lakers forward Kyle Kuzma suffered a lower back contusion, MRI results Thursday showed.

The forward was hurt during Wednesday's loss to the Thunder and was out of the game at halftime.

Kuzma scored an average 18.3 points per game this season to be the second leading scorer of the team.
